We started as a Maryland-based firm providing political and organizational consulting to a wide variety of firms and local agencies with interests in the Federal regulatory and procurement processes. After the death of one founder, Jane Snowden, the firm moved to Virginia, where, through its president, Ric Mayer, the firm now focuses exclusively on providing business process consulting to Federal contractors. We maintain reach-back capabilities through a network of professionals.
